Hi,

We recently deployed our instance of Oracle Service Cloud to our call center.

One of the bigger frustrations we have encountered is that the Admin Notifications window does not give much informaton on what these notifications actually mean. Is there a glossary anywhere that explains these? For example, today I have been seeing the following:

Mailbox ****@custhelp.com: Error processing Journal file update

I've done a search on the support site, and "journal file" has no hits. I assume the only way to find out what this means is to open an SR, which is, frankly, very annoying.
