Minor change to quarterly release schedule

There's been a minor update to our quarterly release schedule. As you know, our quarterly release process has been a very successful change for RightNow, allowing us to deliver eight major releases to our customers since 2007, all on schedule.   In order to improve the release process and timing of release activities, we have decided to move the release date from the 15^th to the 22^nd (or the closest weekday) of each quarterly release month, starting in the August ’09 release and going forward.
