End of Life Documentation
As part of my blog series on Maintaining a Healthy Site, we recently discussed the Oracle Service Cloud End of Life Policy and the critical role played by upgrading to a current version. There is now another reason to stay on or upgrade to a current release version: documentation and Knowledge Base answers that pertain to versions that have passed their End of Life (EOL) date will no longer be available. This does not apply to Upgrade Guides. These guides, used in planning the conversion of an EOL site to a current release version, will remain available indefinitely.
