How to limit document type categories in Benefit Document Records

Summary:

I am implementing Redwood in the Benefits module and I enabled the Document Records quick action by following the steps below

go to configuration menu from home

select structure menu item

go and enable a sandbox with structure selected

click on me

under the quick actions tab you should notice document records

click on the quick action, make sure the link type is vbcs type ( do not disable adf application type, its for responsive)

The other details should appear like below

Focus View ID/index.html

Web Application ORA_FSCM_UI

Secured Resource Name/vbcs/hcm/person-documentrecords/flows/view-manage/page/documentrecords
