Dear Sir/Madam,

In the Auto Upgrade Program, Answer ID 6409 (https://cx.rightnow.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/6409), it was mentioned in the Process Overview that "An email will be sent approximately one month after General Availability to remind you about the new release. The email will include the 'upgrade site creation date' for your site". Could verify what happens if the email bounced? How could we ensure that the Customer has received the notification email before we start auto upgrading their sites?
