If you haven't heard already, there's a customer webinar tomorrow, September 22 at noon US Eastern. Chris Warner and I will talk about the Auto Upgrade Program - how it works, what to expect, and the benefits you'll realize from staying on the latest Service Cloud release. On a related note, we are starting to upgrade customer sites to the August 2016 release. A notification was sent to all customers participating in the Auto Upgrade Program on September 12. Check your email inbox to make sure you received the email. It includes links to August 2016 release documentation and the date when your upgrade test site will be created.
