Hi All,

I want to upgrade my Production and test site to Oracle Cloud Feb 2017 version.

I get these options on Prod env

1) Create Test site

2) Create and Upgrade test site

And

following on test site

1) Re-Create Test site

2) Re-Create and Upgrade test site

My queries

1) Is there no option to just upgrade test site or Production site?

2) How can I proactively check how an upgrade will impact my site?

3) Do I need to create support ticket to upgrade Prod site?
