UI screen size not maximised

We have agents who use two computer screens to work through a variety of systems including OSC. When the agents jump from one programme and then back to OSC, the window is not fully optimised like it was when the agent left the programme. Furthermore, it doesn't matter which screen OSC is on, they both appear to remove the maximum screen size option! We recently upgraded from Aug 2015 to Feb 2016, so has anyone come across this before? And if they have, did you find a fix? It's driving our agents crazy! Thanks! Paul
