Email acquisition for third party marketing
Our company is working to start making better use of email addresses obtained via our customer portal email/chat forms, specifically in regards to increasing our customer base for marketing. A description of what we are wanting to do is below:
Add Email Acquisition option to the Consumer Services Portal page on the 'Email Us' and 'Live Chat' tabs. Ideal solution would include these elements:
- A check box or drop down option for a customer to opt-in to emails. The space will need to include email opt-in disclaimer copy.
- Include a field for customer to enter zip code (I have actually already added this)
