AddIn not working in the upgrade site
We are using a Workspace AddIn to update contact of incident. It will replace the existing contact of an incident with a contact which is captured from the incident thread . It is working fine in test site and production site which is February 2016 version. We are upgrading to August 2017 version soon. However, this AddIn is not working in the upgrade site (August 2017 version). I have raised a Service Request with Oracle, but couldn't resolve the issue. Also, it is retrieving the correct contact details during debugging.
Any idea please?
