Hello Experts,

Need a small help!!!

We Have a requirement where we need to configure client mailboxes(service mailboxes) instead of oracle Managed service mailboxes. 

We have licence of 4 licences , we are assuming this means we can only configure 4 oracle managed service mailboxes.

Does this also means that we can only configure 4 service mailbox (client mailbox)?

Or do we have any limitation in  configuring service mailbox ?

From knowledge base i can understand that oracle managed mailboxes are recommended . But no where i got any comments on disadvantages of configuring service mailbox(client mailbox).

Can anyone give me an idea about pros and cons of configuring service mailbox instead of oracle managed service mailbox.
