Hi Guys,

I have a recurring error which I can't seem to have a permanent solution only uninstalling and reinstalling the application every time. Please see attached the error. I raised the issue with support and this was the response on the cause:

"The 'dbname and launch parameters must be specified on first error' usually occurs in two scenarios. The first is that the agent who is running the application is not launching using a MS browser like Internet Explorer or Edge. This is important because our application deploys using ClickOnce, which requires that MS browsers only be used. Firefox and Chrome both have IE emulation add-ons that can be installed that will allow the installation to start, but will then fail out with this error mid-way.
