Can you tabulate the differences in capabilities of campaign management between Oracle Marketing Cloud and Oracle Service Cloud?
As I see from features Oracle Service Cloud Campaign Management Module has:
- Multi-stage, multi-channel campaign management
- Email Marketing
- Advanced segmentation and de-duplication
- Personalize Messaging
- Message testing and optimization
- Campaign tracking
- Outreach analytics and dashboards
All of these are part of Marketing Cloud as well.Can anyone have idea on this ?
