Hi Team,

We are integrating oracle service cloud with ebs for creating service requests. Is it possible to create a button on work space and when a user press this button it should create a service request in oracle EBS( In background can we call the integration code for creating service request when the button pressed). Please share your inputs to achieve this functionality in service cloud.

Appreciate if any other alternatives are suggested.
