missing configurations of mailboxes

Dear community,

during testing of the upgrade interface we have recognised that the mailboxes does not have the current configuration settings.
This causes, that certain business rules for the routing into queues are not working any more.

Is this a common problem, that the upgrade interface is not equivalent to the current version of the production site?
