Any thoughts on why our Skills filters are not returning values?

Summary:

When using the Skills filters on the Talent Profile Search Redwood page, none of the skills are being returned despite knowing we have a vast skills library and the employees have been adding them to their profile.

As you can see below, "no matches found" for each of the Skills filters. We have run the "Synchronize Talent Data for AI Recommendations" process for all types (side note, how often should that process be run?), but are still not seeing values show up.
