We have a new requirement to support a team of users that will need to edit incidents via CP. They have a team email address shared internally, so I'm wondering what the best option is for setting up OSC. I've added some thoughts but would appreciate additional insight and advice:

1. Give them a single CP account that they share

- any issues with multiple users being logged in at same time?

2. Enable email address sharing so each team member has unique CP account but all use same email address

- what happens if 2 users try editing the same ticket at the same time?
