How are you handling TLS 1.0 with end-users?
Content
In reviewing our TLS 1.0 usage, it looks like it's just some of our end-users engaging in chats that are using old, non-compliant browsers. We can't force these users to upgrade their browsers so I'm wondering what approach we can/should take. Has anyone else run into this?
One thought is to just put a message on CP homepage telling users that in order to chat they must update their browser.
What happens if the user has a non-compliant browser and wants to chat? Will the conditional chat widget show the link at all? Will they be able to initiate a chat and it not go through? I'm wondering if we can give them a warning page that shows up after they try to start a chat telling them they must use a different browser.
