CSS getting stripped from HTML email

Hi all,

We have an issue in RightNow when we send an HTML email with CSS, the incident is created with the HTML content but CSS is removed. The original email (raw_message.mht attachment) received in RightNow looks exactly the same as original email sent.

Has anyone else experienced this issue? Any thoughts what could cause this issue?
