Opportunity conditions for Escalation Rules

One of my customers has the following requirement:

Send an alert to the staff member when an opportunity have been in a specified stage for a certain amount of time.

I believe that the simplest and most efficient method to do this is through the business rules and the escalation criteria.

However when looking at the "IF Opportunity ..." conditions in the Business rules I cannot see the option for Stage

Is there something that I am not seeing or I am missing?

Other than this the ruleset I have put in place does work, I just need to find the way to specify the stage and not the status.
