Hello everyone, 

So, I have a csv that i'm trying to import to my Oracle RightNow, but in a specific csv I had a few duplicate information, but even after deleting all of them, when I try to import the csv again, my RightNow still says that I have some incorrect records, and the error is called as multiple matches. 

Does anyone know how can I fix it?
