Prevent previous password - end user

I'm looking at password configuration for end users, and I can't see where I can prevent an end user from using previous passwords. Even if this is only the last six password etc.

This is fairly standard practice, is this something that can be done in OSC?

I've checked the documentation and can't see anything that specifies this, I've also tried looking at %PASSWORD% and %PASSWD% in config settings to see if there is a setting to enable/disable this.
