Does anybody know how to create or which tables to use to show all emails coming in to the system?

This is because I want to show all emails received, not just the ones that creates new incidents, but all emails received. I've looked at using the audit log, but it seems overly complicated for what I'm doing.

Are there tables I simply don't know about?
