Oracle TAP app and Single Sign-On (SSO)

Hello, has anyone had any success getting users who are in a profile that has SSO enabled to also be able to get into the Oracle TAP app using the same account?
Any users who we have in profiles that have SSO are not able to log into Oracle TAP using either their SSO Network credentials or their Service Cloud credentials.
Is there some setting that we are missing?
