Hi Guys,

We have a requirement as below:
•    The customer has different business units and once such is  Support Center which provides premier support services  for customer's 
customers like Nortel /Cisco/Juniper for their products.
•    They have ODC setup and shared services  and are currently evaluating solutions for their  shared services model . 
•    the customer's customers are pushing for dedicated services and hence We need to present our unique capabilities of Multi tenancy 
•    Do latest Oracle Service Cloud release support Multi Tenancy in single instance. How do we meet above requirement?

Does any one came across these kind of requirement, having multiple instances (Not interfaces), but agents can work on any instance and any
