Workspace Rule: Email Address is NULL check

Hi All,

I need to check if the "Email Address" (all Primary, Secondary emails)  field within contact object is NULL (doesn't have a value) or not.

As per my understanding system doesn't allow "Email Address is Null" check within workspace rules

Any idea on how to achieve this?
