Auto creation of implementation records from an email/incident

Currently our CSMs receive handoffs from our sales team via email (form salesforce).  Our CSMs take that newly created incident and create a new implementation record manually.

My question/ask is two fold (short term and long term)

Aside from an integration between salesforce and rightnow service cloud (long term goal), what is the most efficient way to have an email where the sender is a specific email address <automated> emails our techmail email box, where an implementation record is created. 

Example (Sample Email)

Subject: Exchange Creation Request for Deal Id

Product: Fundspace

Organization: NAME

Business Group: 5109201 DTE - 3 Mo. Use Period
