Hi All

We have the Oracle RightNow solution for our call center with a few hundred users. OCS supports our application. It is a hosted application. Hosted by Oracle completely. We just pay the annual cost. We recently saw some demos on workflow and reached out to Oracle for activating Oracle workflows or us. And we're informed that there is an increment annual license cost eith it. 

I am a active .net developer and I cannot understand why Oracle would charge their clients for activating workflow. 

Any insights and your experience in this regard is highly appreciated.
