Is product linking supported for incidents in the BUI?

Hey all,

We are currently using product linking which is working fine on the Agent Desktop (Nov 2015), but it does not work in the BUI. It just displays all products and categories regardless of what was selected. The BUI documentation states product linking is not supported in Answers but doesn't say one way or another when it comes to Incidents. Does anyone know if product linking supported for incidents in the BUI (perhaps a new setting I need to configure)?
