Customer portal forgotten password functionality
When a user forgets their password they can click on the link that opens up the Account Assistance page, in there they can either submit their email address to get their username or they can submit their username to get and password reset.
I have an issue with this form and want to know if the logic can be customised.
the reset your password field is case sensitive, if your have a customer called Kevin Flynn who has the username flynn.
if they enter FLYNN or Flynn it will pop up and say that an email is on its way. yes there is a disclaimer to say
