Monitoring performance before, during and after large data load (JSON)

Hi Everyone,

We are planning to load a large amount of data via a JSON file into our CRM, before we load into our Production Environment we would like to do a test run on one of our TST environments.  As a part of this process we would like to test performance before, during and after load and would like to know if anyone has done this before and what tools they have used.  I have had a look at the following topic https://cloudcustomerconnect.oracle.com/posts/d36cef0084 which was helpful but would like to know if there are any other suggested solutions available. I also noted that Edson referred to a VCIO Report Avg.Admin, that I have been unable to find.
