Defaulting Product Type Segment in AR Receivables from Item Category DFFs via SLA Rules

Hi everyone,

We’re working with a client who wants to default the Product Type segment in Oracle Cloud AR Receivables using Item Category DFFs. However, we’re unable to locate a suitable source under SLA rules to achieve this.

Has anyone implemented a similar setup or found a workaround to source DFF values from Item Category into SLA mappings for Receivables?

We’ve reviewed the SLA configuration options and explored standard sources, but nothing seems to directly support this requirement. Any insights, documentation references, or examples would be greatly appreciated.
