RightNow - Unable to undock Messages pane w/o Edit rights

I have a profile that does not have Add/Edit rights in RightNow that is used for people to see the tickets but not manage them.   Users in this profile are complaining that they cannot undock the Messages window to be abale to review the tickets more easily.   Can the RightNow software or profile be set up to allow for the Messages window to be undocked for these users ?   Please help...
