Capturing cc and bcc fields details

Hi All,

I want to capture the cc and bcc details of the received mail using right now mail boxes and add it to incident worksapce?

Can i be able to add the cc and bcc details from received mail to custom fields in a incident workspace , if so how can it be done ?
