Organization Hierarchy Consequences on Opportunities and Incidents
We currently have a flat structure in our Organizations. But we now want to start using the Hierarchy feature. We noticed in the user guide that it says:
"Changing an organization’s hierarchy can impact the incidents and opportunities associated with all organizations in the hierarchy. Therefore, make sure you understand the consequences of changing the structure of an organization’s hierarchy."
(see attached picture for reference). So this is rather alarming. But there is no explanation as to what those consequences are or may be. Can someone please let know what the negative side-effects could be for creating/editing the organizational hierarchy?
