Hi,

We are looking to redirect/forward messages from internal email accounts to the Managed Service Mailbox address so that we can intially receive the messages and run all of our security scans etc first and then get techmail to do it's thing to process into Service Cloud as an incident.

Is it possible to restrict the Managed Service Mailbox to only accepts messages from the internal email accounts that we specify so that unsolicited emails can't be sent directly to it without coming to us first?
