Hi gurus,

I have a client needs upload 10MB data (contacts & organization) to Service Cloud but suffering slow and no clear guideance from support web.

- At beginning we use 30 threads running parallelly, the program is unable to complete due to too many CWSS timeout messages

- Support web confirms no database error and suggests us decrease number of threads to 2 ~6. The result is doable but took 12 hours to complete 2 MB. It is far beyond expectation and client can't afford long time execution on PROD.

- Very often the database not responding to ROQL after batch of data integrated, so we're unable to verify result.
