Search Filter for Survey Text-Type Question Results

Hey Everyone!

I am attempting to create a report that allows for easy searching through our Survey Answers to open-text questions. I have the report Text-Type Question Results and have added the filter with the "like" operator.

The Search works "okay". If I type in a single common word (i.e. coupon, return, sizing, etc.), the search brings up all answers that have these keywords in the first few words. However, if "sizing" isn't mentioned until way lower in the paragraph, it does not show up.

Does anyone have any experience/advice in making a fully functional search filter? It's almost like there needs to be a "contains" operator function for these filters.
