Hello,

We want to have automate the manual testing in OSvC. We are mainly using Incident Management and Chat functionality. Other modules used are Knowledge Management & Surveys. We also have CTI toolbar which is integrated with Interactive Intelligence (ININ) product.

I want to check if there is any QA automation tool (Oracle or any third party) that can be used mainly for Incident Management, Chat functionality and CTI (ININ Integration) that will run some business test cases?

The idea is to reduce the manual effort of application validation and automate this process.

We want to automate the testing for May 2016 version.
