Oracle Service Cloud Latency Issues
Over the course of the last few weeks, we've been experiencing 10-15 minute windows where our Service Cloud site has been slow to the point of not being usable. It's affected our agents using the client app as well as integrations via the API. Even accessing the admin/launch page is extremely slow.
This morning, we had two of these latency events - each of a longer duration. One lasted 45 minutes and the other lasted 30.
Is anyone experiencing slowness like this on a regular basis?
