Outlook Integration - Synchronisation Failed error when Synching email
Recently, we have been experiencing the "Synchronisation Failed" (attachment 1) dialogue box pop up when start Outlook (Outlook 2013). Can confirm that the Server and Interface details together with the login credentials are correct.When we hit CANCEL and try to synchronise an email, it gives us "...Server is Unreachable..." error message (Attachment 2), even though the details in the settings are correct.
We have tried reinstalling Outlook Integration and it still fails.
Any assistance with this would be much appreciated.
