Track Customer activity on CP and other sites
I have a couple of questions:
- Can we track web activities of Customer in Portal? I am aware of Web Sessions when Customer raises an Incident. Is there a way to capture those activities if Customer doesn't submit anything or doesn't log in?
- I know there is HTTP_REFERRER equivalent called 'clickstream' which will provide where Customers are originating from. Is there a way to capture activities Customer did in the originating site? For eg: Selected a Service changed his mind later, Tried to submit a form, Viewed FAQs etc off CP site.
Please share your thoughts/experience on this.
