Hi there,


These days we see lot of spam mails that are reaching our RN mailboxes and creating lot of incidents. We decided to reduce the spam count by atleast 20-30 %. Can any one suggest ways to achieve this.


Currently we are using Barracuda spam filtering to quarantine them and calcify as spam and not spam. How we can get best of this Barracuda filters.We maintain over 200 mailboxes. If we identify any spam contact address then we need to add it to the black list in barracuda to prevent the spam contact id in future. But the black list option is for an individual mailbox how can we make the spam contact id to be effective across all the mailboxes.
