Avaya CTI bar - New enhancement
I know this is not a suitable place to post about Avaya CTI but I just wanted to know if anybody has tried/implemented this before/very recently.
I have heard from Avaya team CTI Add-In bar is made much more simpler unlike consuming WSDL exposed from vendor and start developing actual integration; all you need to do is just provide WSDL and appropriate credentials. Rest is taken care.
I am eager to see a demo of this, but no luck very lately.
So, if someone can share some light on this recent development, it would be great!!!
