Hi everybody,

I would like to know if it is possible to show an alert to the agent from within a workspace add-in.

In particular, on certain conditions, I would like to play a sound, change the tab color (as it happens in default chat workspace when the agent does not reply to a customer after FIRST_WARNING_TM) and show a warning message.

How can this requirement be met?
