Hi All - I am getting attached 'CompositionException on Oracle.RightNow.Cti.MediaBar.IMediaBarProvider' error after i have uploaded the Multi-media add-in on my instance. Does anyone know the possible cause? has something changed recently because i remember using the same code on other instance however it throws me this error now.
