What role has access to create new content types, products, categories & user groups?

Summary:

I have been assigned the Knowledge Authoring and Knowledge Manager roles in Knowledge Classic. I believe these are the out-of-the-box roles. With these role assignments, I am able to edit, create, publish and unpublish articles for my company.

However, I don’t have access to create new content types, products, categories or user groups—which I need to be able to do. I had assumed these capabilities were included under the Knowledge Manager role, but they don’t appear in my menu options.

Are these permissions only available through a custom Knowledge Manager role? If so, are there instructions available for creating such a custom role that would then allow me to create new content types, products, categories and user groups?
