Redwood "Products" page has "Add Filter" button. What is the logic of filter ordering there?

Summary: Ordering of the filters in "Add Filter" seems to be arbitrary and, in our understanding, there is no way to change the order.
That's why, at least, we need to know the logic behind the ordering, so we could explain it to the customer.
