Search bar not returning employees after 25C release, but filters work

After the 25C release, I noticed an issue with the Performance Documents search.
If I type an employee’s name in the search bar, no results are shown.
However, when I use the filters (e.g., Employee filter), the employee is found correctly.

Has anyone else experienced this behavior after 25C?
Is there a known fix or workaround?
