Unable to add text format type EFF as Filters while configuring the views in Product Management

Hi,

I am trying to add text fields as Filter Chips on Product Search view on Redwood in for Product Management work area. But these are disabled.

Any idea how do I make them enable or we cannot add them as filters ?
